Features
everything you need
to run your clan.
Match management, Discord signups, roster drafting and tactical briefing for Hell Let Loose clans.

Match management
Create matches, set map and objective, track results.
Create and manage matches with map, objective, side, enemy clan, and date. Set a match to repeat and cadre builds the whole series, auto-posting each signup to Discord before kickoff. Edit or delete matches in place, or sync directly from Raid Helper. New clans get a setup checklist and an in-app Help Center to get running fast.
- Map, objective, side, enemy clan, date
- Recurring matches: one series, each signup posted to DiscordPro
- Edit or delete matches in place
- Sync directly from Raid Helper
- Setup checklist & in-app Help Center for new clans
Competitions
Keep your official tournament roster in cadre, and let the bot enforce it.
A competition is a named season or tournament, like "Autumn League 2026", with a roster of the players your clan is allowed to field. You create it, fill the roster, link matches to it, and archive it when the season ends. Link a match to a competition and the signup gate turns on: only registered players can sign up. The competition's Matches tab lists every linked match newest first, with results as they arrive. Guests from partner clans are checked too, whether they sign up through a coalition embed or a shared signup link. Free clans get one active competition at a time. Archiving one frees the slot.
- The roster is a list of names. Tick your own members, or add a guest by Discord name
- Paste the list from a form, a spreadsheet column or a Discord message. Check names shows what each line resolved to before anything is savedPro
- Off-roster players cannot sign up. The bot replies to them privately, the embed does not change, and saying Out always works
- Staff see the blocked attempt, recorded on the match and posted once to your staff channel with the class
- Add to roster in the Lineup pool admits the player and turns their blocked attempt into a signup
- The Lineup marks anyone the gate could not check with a ⚠ beside the name and a count in the pool header. It warns, it does not block
- Optional Discord role named after the competition, updated as players come and go. It is for pings, not permissions
Coalition matches
ProRun joint ops with partner clans on one lineup and one brief.
Field a shared 50-player team across two or more clans. Gate Discord signups to a specific guild, and every partner clan's signups flow into one joint lineup. Track per-clan headcounts and squad composition, and see a match-status summary that shows readiness across every participating clan.
- Shared 50-player lineup across multiple clans
- Discord signups gated per partner guild
- Per-clan headcounts & squad composition
- Match-status summary across all participating clans
Discord bot
Signups, briefs and reminders, all in your Discord server.
cadre lives in your Discord and runs signups, the event, the brief and reminders. Players sign up by class from one embed while cadre keeps the live count, and benched players get a one-tap availability check so you know your real depth. When the match is set, cadre opens the Discord event and pings only the roles that need to act, not @everyone. The brief lands in Discord with drivers, node runners and supply players tagged by name, and pre-match reminders go out before kickoff.
- Class-based signup embeds with live counts
- One-tap bench & reserve availability checks
- Auto-created events and role mentions
- Briefs posted to Discord, special roles tagged by name
- Pre-match route reminders for drivers and node runners
- Custom Discord signup-class emojis, branded to your clanPro
Automatic reminders
Pre-match reminders and bench pings, sent automatically.
Pre-match reminders and bench pings go out on the deadlines you set.
Roster drafting board
Drag-and-drop your squad into shape.
OFIN-style drag-and-drop draft board. Assign players to squads and roles, and approve the final roster. Customize squad types, give each squad its own color, and use light or dark mode.
- Drag-and-drop assignment, squad leads and roles
- Custom squad types & per-clan squad colorsPro
- Light & dark mode
Tactical map editor
Plan your attack with a shared tactical overlay.
Draw up your attack or defence plan on the actual HLL map with tactical symbols: garrison, airhead, MG, AT, arty.
- Real HLL maps as the canvas
- Garrison, airhead, MG, AT, arty symbols
- Share the plan with your squad
- Playbook library: saved plans per map and side, with scenarios and layers
Screenshot annotate
ProImport a screenshot and plan straight on top of the real thing.
When a blank map template isn't enough, import a screenshot of the in-game map or situation and mark it up with the same tactical symbols, colors and drawing tools as the map editor: garrisons, arrows, defensive lines, strongpoints. Save it to a shared clan gallery so briefers can reuse and attach annotated plans.
- Import any in-game screenshot as your canvas
- Same symbols, colors and tools as the map editor
- Shared clan gallery for reusing annotated plans
Brief builder
A five-step wizard that builds the brief from your plan.
Build the brief in five steps: Basics, Match info, Plan, Lineup, Review and share. It autosaves the whole way. Configure tap-to-copy match-info fields like server name and password, and track exactly who's viewed the brief and who hasn't. Each player can pick their name and get a "For you" card with their role, tasks, truck driving, White Chat captaincy, tank spawn and bench status. Share publicly or restrict to Discord members only. cadre can also draft a short match card (headline, situation, suggested action) from the map, mode and opponent.
- Five steps: Basics, Match info, Plan, Lineup, Review and share
- Autosave and tap-to-copy match-info fields
- See who has opened the brief and who has not
- "For you" view: each player's duties in one card
- Public or Discord-members-only links
- Full mobile support for checking rosters, briefs and matches
War Room analytics
