- Who is cadre for?
- Hell Let Loose clans. In practice the commanders, officers and admins who plan matches, manage rosters and brief the team.
- What counts as a "clan"?
- One Pro subscription covers one clan and all its members. You do not need a Discord server to use cadre. It is only needed for the Discord bot and match signups.
- Can I try Pro before paying?
- Yes. Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You only pay if you decide to keep it.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that your clan moves to the Free tier. Your data stays. You lose the Pro features.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Pro includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time.
- Can two clans run a match together?
- Yes. Coalition matches let two or more clans field one shared 50-player roster, with per-clan headcounts and a joint match-status view.
- Does cadre work on mobile?
- Yes. Rosters, briefs and matches work in the phone browser. There is no app to install.
